Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 2-5 business days.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- During peak seasons or sales events, processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you of any delays.
- Orders consisting of multiple items may be shipped separately in separate packages.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping
- Delivery Time : 7-10 business days
- Cost : Free for orders over Rs 1000
- Express Shipping
- Delivery Time : 3-5 business days
- Cost: Rs 180 per article ordered
- International Shipping
- Delivery Time: 7-21 business days, depending on destination
- Cost : Will be intimated as per courier rates depending on destination, customs fees may apply
- Returns and Exchanges
- Returns & Refund : Please refer Returns & Refunds policy, Shipping fee (Rs 200 per article) for returns & Refund will apply in case free shipping provided at the order
- Exchanges : Shipping fees for exchanges may apply.
Note:
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping destination and carrier delays.
- Return pick up for exchange will be arranged by you to avoid unnecessary delay. Exchanged article will be dispatched on receipt at our premises only.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship to East Asia, Europe, North America and all over India .
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
- If your shipment is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team at paridhanbyppc@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide your order number and any supporting documentation (e.g., photos of the damaged package and unboxing video.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. Paridhan by Prerna Collection’s™ (PPC) is not responsible for these additional charges.
